Over a year in the making, this one-hour documentary "Cross Border Comedy" is now being broadcast around the world.
Featuring comedians, producers and surprising guests from around the Asian region, this ABC International project is an amalgamation of all the things I love.
As a writer and host, this is the longest program I have worked on to date. The inspiration for Cross Border Comedy came from two pieces I produced for the television program China Tonight, about stand-up comedy in China.
Comedy fans may recognise names such as Jason Leong, Rizal van Geyzel and Vivek Mahbubani. We also feature rising stars like Mohammed Magdi, Tim Chan, Garron Chiu, Maitreyi Karanth, Len Leng, Sam Thomas and Dan Phillips.
